I had a very professional, friendly and complete experience.

First of all, if I could give Dr. Beranek 10 stars if I would. From the first day that I met her approximately 1-1/2 years ago, I felt very comfortable with her, she's very compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. She explains things to you in layman terms and makes sure you understand what she's saying and that you're comfortable with her diagnosis or recommendation. I know that I'm in good hands with Dr, Beranek. The assistants that get you ready for the doctors are also very friendly and courteous. The office staff is amazing, the ladies are friendly, patient and very courteous. They are very knowledgeable with the insurance processing and procedures. The waiting room is very clean and tidy. It gives you a very welcoming feeling. I would highly recommend Dr. Beranek and SCENT to friends and family.

Excellent medical professionals. Very small and difficult parking lot at the Wardlow office. My most recent experience was with Kim the Audiologist getting fit for hearing aids. She is great.

From the moment I walked into the office front desk staff were all very nice. I loved the nurse, she made me feel so comfortable, she explained everything and she always asked me if I was ok or if I needed anything. Dr Yoshpe was very patient with me. Constantly trying to make me feel good during the procedure. I am extremely happy with this office, staff, and doctor’s.

Dr. Varma was great! We were able to get in and out with all our questions answered. Very happy with the visit!
